Demonstrate strong teaching skills and the ability to create engaging, well-structured lessons that help pupils make good progress
Are ambitious for every child and committed to raising standards, whatever pupils’ starting points
Welcome working in a diverse, inclusive school and understand the importance of meeting the needs of pupils with SEND, EAL and those requiring additional support
Care about developing the whole child, including pupils’ confidence, independence, behaviour, wellbeing and love of learning

Are reflective, organised and willing to learn, whether as an Early Career Teacher or an experienced teacher
