The Wizard Of Oz
On Monday 27th February, Year 5 visited Norbury Manor Business and Enterprise College to watch their performance of ‘The Wizard Of Oz’.
It was a fantastic performance with lots of singing, dancing, special effects and brilliant performances by the students.
The Year 5 pupils thoroughly enjoyed the performance, for some it was the first time they had seen a live performance on stage.
The children gave some really positive feedback to the trip:
‘I really liked the scarecrow, he was funny’
‘the wicked witch was a bit scary, but I liked the way she sizzled when the water was thrown on her!’
‘The special effects were very good, there was smoke every time the wicked witch came, and there were dancers who were acting like snow, and it was really interesting to watch’
